Bridget Chukwumah is a results-focused executive with 20 years’ experience in Sales and Project Management, working and living in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and the UK.
An experienced Change and Transformation agent, she has successfully designed and setup maiden sales operations and operation processes following merger and acquisitions, applying proven sales principles across various industries ( Telecommunications, Management Consulting, Building & Construction, Renewable Energy, Education Management).
Bridget is passionate about retail, go-to-market strategy and sales force effectiveness.
Some of her previous roles include Head of Retail West Africa (BlackBerry), Business Development Director West Africa (dlight) and Associate Director (Lagos Business School).
She is presently consulting for Lafarge Africa Plc as the Sales Excellence Lead, which focuses on coaching Sales Leaders and building capability for the market of today and the future.
Bridget has a BSc Economics from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a post-graduate Diploma in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, London.
